Чем армейские отжимания отличаются от обычных?
Не закончил. Сложно. Заменял упражнения на более простые версии (выходы на подтягивания, отжимания на отжимани с колен). Но делал всё чётко.
Не вытянул.... Вместо 30 выходов силой 30 подтягиваний по 25 подходов, вместо 100 отжиманий 40 отжиманий по 4 подхода.... Дальше просто не вытянул....???
