The Street workout ranks and norms were designed by the Street workout World Champion Yevheniy Kozyr to promote the athlete's comprehensive progress. The ranks include basic exercises. After mastering those an athlete will be able to master the relevant elements without any problem. The norms do not include any exercises related to the balance, joints mobility or high injury risk. The main factors are strength and endurance.
