Full Progress, should add a couple of kg.
Despite of me not training this type of workout for some time, I still managed to be a little stronger than the last time :) Nofap is working yo :D
Push Ups are hard af but coming back is always hard ...
Full Progress in Pulls, but should correct the form in future trainings, instead of adding weights.
Pulls went easy, but dips were pretty tough, man.
Reps in 2 set are super overestimated. Should decrease them to 5/6.
Weights at point, but should fix the set rest.
