Rest between sets for 30 seconds or while a partner is doing his repetitions. Rest between sets for two minutes.
This training is designed for intermediate level. But it can easily be copied and adjusted to your level. The number of repetitions in the set you choose yourself. Here are the approximate criterias:
Begginer
- pull-ups 2-5
- dips 5-10
- push-ups 5-10
Average level
- pull-ups 5-10
- dips 10-20
- push-ups 10-20
Advanced level
- pull-ups of 10-20
- dips 20-30
- push-ups 20-30
