Bouncing side lunges: They are similar to the normal side lunges but with a little twist. You’re gonna step into a side lunge and you’re gonna stay there and gonna bounce the whole time and then do the same thing for the other side. Keep most of your weight in your front heel and make sure your knees don’t go past your toes, your knee should be right above your heel.
